The following article is not endorsed by DAWN it was written by one individual and it was taken from conversations and other comments people have made as well as personal observations of Carol.

The long time “activst Carol Moore, known for near violent attacks on men and demeaning attacks on women and as well for destroying the DC Libertarian Party, was finally kicked out of/severed from the the D.C. Anti War Network (DAWN). She had been personally attacking people in that group for years and caused a split, causing the Weekly Action Group (known for using a diversity of tactics though always non violent) to leave DAWN because her attacks on them were so numerous and as well she had been saying a lot of nasty anti semetic things on the DAWN listserve, and now she has taken it so far to attack just about everyone in DAWN and even someone from the Washington Peace Center, causing them to not allow her on the premises. Carol has also in many cases taken the side of the police and their state imposed violence on activsts she doesn’t like and is suspected by some as being a plant or some government or right wing agent (she has been seen with right wing paleocons and I had heard that paleocons have asked about her at their events). Not only this but some people have even had to threaten legal action against Carol Moore for stalking and slander and other attacks to them and some people have been brought to tears because of what she has done to them. This is a good day that DAWN is doing the right thing and doing the activist community a big favor by finally keeping Carol from being any part of DAWN...she tried to do what she did to the Libertarian Party and failed, though she did a lot of damage not only to DAWN but to very good people trying to do good work in the D.C. activist scene and now we can put this behind us and work towards peace and global justice!

The vote passed quite easily with everyone voting to get rid of Carol and as well work on measures to keep people like Carol out so they don’t cause any more harm to these people. Carol has taken it too extremes that not even some right wingers have taken it too, attacking Gays, Anarchists, Activists, Women, Children, Men, Jews, People of Color, and who knows who or what else (of course this list is in no order, nothing on this list is more important or less important than any thing else on the list).
